If you're a baker, you know just how awkward and messy adding flour or sugar to your mixing bowl can be. We knew there had to be a better way — and frankly, we couldn't believe one didn't exist. We tried the products that were out there, and they felt clunky, clumsy, and unstable — not to mention hard to use for left-handed bakers. So we designed our own.

The Countess Flour Funnel™ attaches firmly to your stand mixer's front auxiliary port, angled just right so you can easily add flour — or any dry or liquid ingredients — to your bowl. You can still lift or tilt the mixer head with it attached, and you can run the mixer while it's on. Win, win, win!

WILL IT FIT MY MIXER?

• Yes — if your mixer has a front attachment port with a tightening screw. That includes all home KitchenAid models and other residential brands with a front port and screw-on locking bolt, and we guarantee the fit or your money back.
• It won't fit: Pampered Chef models (they don't have the locking nut), InstaPot mixers (the funnel doesn't fit them, even though they have an auxiliary port), Breville (no front attachment port or tightening screw), and the Cuisinart SM-55 (no tightening screw). The Cuisinart SM-50 does have a tightening screw and is compatible — check your model number before ordering, and see the fit photos and video in this listing.

GOOD TO KNOW

• The Flour Funnel is not a pouring shield, and it can't be used while a pouring shield is in place.
• To avoid a "poof" of dry ingredients, add them while the mixer is on its lowest setting, or pulse on low until slightly incorporated.
• Not for use with melted sugar, which liquefies at 320 degrees.

If the funnel doesn't fit your mixer, we'll make it right. For a refund, we'll need your exact mixer model and a photo of the funnel attached to your mixer — or of where it won't attach. A video helps even more. The pictures and video on this listing show exactly which auxiliary ports it fits.

A NOTE ON KNOCKOFFS

Do not be fooled by the other online knockoffs. Unless it's sold by The Cookie Countess, you will not get this design — the one we spent months and months perfecting to fit all the KitchenAid models — and it likely will not be made of very strong and smooth injection molded plastic, or be dishwasher safe.
